Seth is a multi-talented designer with a career spanning award-winning work at CLEAR, leading design on Ellucian's Path Design System, and years of building high-performing teams and products at Capital One and the Capital One Innovation Lab, where he explored next-generation technologies, blending creative vision, strategic thinking, and technical craft.
Jackson is a software engineer and product-minded builder whose experience ranges from web-platform architecture to mobile experiences at Capital One. He later joined Spotify, where he works on their global ads platform, applying a thoughtful balance of engineering rigor and user-centered design.
Ryan has shaped design systems and identity platforms at Capital One and now is now at Microsoft designing deligtful experiences for Windows, with a focus on AI. He brings a meticulous eye for detail and a talent for turning complex ideas into clear, scalable solutions.
Nick is a software engineer who designs and maintains mission-critical systems where precision and reliability matter most. He brings a thoughtful, steady hand to engineering challenges, making tough technical problems feel approachable and well-structured.
