Analytics

We use Fathom Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Fathom is a privacy-focused analytics platform that:

  • Does not use cookies
  • Does not track personal information
  • Does not collect IP addresses
  • Is fully GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant

Data Sharing

  • Digital Ocean Spaces: For download delivery and site CDN services
  • Legal Authorities & Data Disclosure: Our desktop applications are designed to collect no usage data, analytics, telemetry, or device information whatsoever. We do not track how you use our products, and we do not gather any information from within the apps themselves. The only personal information we can access comes from purchases made through LemonSqueezy, our payment and license provider. LemonSqueezy shares with us only the minimal information needed to manage your order and license, which may include:

    • Your name
    • Your email address
    • Your general location
    • Product purchased
    • License key and license status
    We do not have access to your full payment details (such as full credit card numbers) or any extended billing information beyond what LemonSqueezy displays in your customer record. Because we do not collect any in-app data, there is no usage or behavioral information to disclose under any circumstance. However, if we are ever legally required (for example, through a valid court order) we may need to share the limited customer/order information accessible through LemonSqueezy. We will never disclose data unless legally obligated or necessary to protect our rights (e.g., preventing license fraud). Outside of these rare legal requirements, we do not share customer information with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. License and purchase records are retained for tax and accounting purposes as required by law.
