Lifetime License FAQ

What is a lifetime license?

A lifetime license gives you permanent access to the software with no recurring fees. Pay once, use forever.

What's included:

  • Permanent license - Never expires, no subscription needed
  • All current features - Everything available at time of purchase
  • Bug fixes - Ongoing fixes and stability improvements
  • Minor updates - Point releases (e.g., 1.0 to 1.9)
  • Windows compatibility updates - Ensuring the app works with new Windows versions

What's not included:

  • Major version upgrades - New major versions (e.g., 2.0) may require an upgrade fee
  • New feature additions - Features added after your purchase date may require an upgrade
  • Priority support - Available as a separate purchase if needed

How many devices can I use it on?

Your license type determines device limits:

  • Personal License - 1 device
  • Team License - 5 devices
  • Enterprise License - Unlimited devices within your organization

You can deactivate and move your license between devices as needed.

Can I transfer my license?

Yes! You can:

  • Transfer between your own devices anytime
  • Transfer to another person (one-time transfer)
  • Transfer to a new computer when upgrading hardware

To transfer a license, deactivate it on the old device first, then activate on the new one.

What happens if I lose my license key?

No worries! Your license is tied to your email address. You can retrieve it anytime:

  1. Go to License Help
  2. Enter your purchase email
  3. Receive a secure link to access your licenses

Do licenses work offline?

Yes! After initial activation, our software works completely offline. The license check happens locally, so you don't need an internet connection for daily use.

What about refunds?

We offer a 14-day free trial for all paid products, so you can fully test the software before purchasing. Because of this generous trial period, we typically don't offer refunds after purchase.

However, we'll always work with you if there's a technical issue preventing you from using the software.

Will my license work with future Windows versions?

Yes! We're committed to maintaining compatibility with new Windows releases. When Microsoft releases a new version of Windows, we test and update our apps to ensure they continue working properly.

Can I use my license for commercial work?

Absolutely! All our licenses (Personal, Team, and Enterprise) allow both personal and commercial use. Create, design, and build to your heart's content.

How do updates work?

Updates are delivered through the app itself:

  • The app checks for updates on launch (can be disabled)
  • You'll see a notification when updates are available
  • One-click update installation
  • Your license and settings are preserved
