How do I retrieve my license key?
Visit our license retrieval page and enter the email address you used when purchasing. You'll be redirected to Lemon Squeezy where you can access all your licenses.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial with full functionality for all paid products, so you can thoroughly test before purchasing. Because of this generous trial period, we typically don't offer refunds. However, we'll work with you if there's a technical issue.
Which versions of Windows are supported?
Our apps support Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) and Windows 11. Some features may require newer versions of Windows 10.
Can I use my license on multiple devices?
It depends on your license type. Personal licenses work on 1 device, Team licenses on 5 devices, and Enterprise licenses on unlimited devices within your organization.
